Cameron Acquires MaxTorque
As of June 15, Cameron has acquired the MaxTorque line of products and services. The business will now be offered through Cameron’s Flow Control division, part of the company’s Drilling & Production Systems group.
MaxTorque designs, manufactures, markets, and sells high performance quarter turn and multi-turn gear operators for motorized and manual applications, subsea operators, Navy specific operators, overrides, and engineered solutions. The company has a manufacturing plant in Limerick Maine that will continue to develop, sell, and service these products.
Cameron’s Flow Control division markets surface and subsea chokes, quarter-turn and linear actuators, gears, partial stroke devises, and safety systems under the CAMERON®, WILLIS®, DYNATORQUE® and LEDEEN™ brand names.
