June Personnel Changes

Insituform Technologies, Inc. has named Kenneth L. Young as vice president and treasurer, effective April 13, 2009. Young comes to Insituform with over 30 years of experience in treasury and financial management.

In other news, Commercial Coating Services International, Ltd. (CCSI), a subsidiary of Insituform Technologies Inc.’s newly acquired subsidiary, The Bayou Companies, Inc., recently surpassed one million man hours worked without filing a single lost time injury report.
Gary Brown, CCSI President, said, “Every CCSI employee has contributed to this significant milestone through daily dedication to following our defined safety procedures.”

Foster Marketing Communications has made several recent personnel changes. Kristy Bonner was promoted to account executive and digital strategist; Jamie Efurd to account executive; Megan Hebert to trade show coordinator; and Lauren Galligan to marketing director in addition to her role as media buyer.

Mustang, part of Wood Group, has appointed A.J. Cortez and John W. Dalton, Sr. to the newly created positions of executive vice presidents.
Cortez has worldwide oversight of four of Mustang’s six business units: Upstream, Pipeline, Process Plants and Automation and Control. Dalton’s responsibilities include oversight for global engineering, project services, construction operations and the Midstream and Process and Industrial Business Units.

Recent changes at Welker Inc. saw the addition of Thomas J. Hughes as vice president of Supply Chain/Manufacturing and Samuel A. Diaz as vice president of Marketing.

Two long-time employees of Compressor Engineering Corporation (CECO) recently celebrated 50 years of service to the compressor industry with a dinner and reception in Ruston, LA. Bill Arrant, senior engineering consultant, and Art Black, retired vice president of Manufacturing and Engineering for CECO, were honored by their customers and friends from CECO.

Patrick J. Campbell has been named executive vice president of Superior Energy Services, Inc. Prior to his recent appointment, he had been president and CEO of Superior’s Wild Well Control subsidiary.

Former general counsel of the U.S. Department of Energy David R. Hill has joined Sidley Austin LLP as a partner and co-head of global energy practice. He will office in Washington, D.C

Tarry Hutton and Chad Zamarin have joined NiSource Gas Transmission and Storage Company (NGT&S) as director of Capital Program Management and director of Integrity Management, respectively.
In his new role, Hutton will be responsible for capital project execution (formerly known as CML and Growth), environmental permitting, and project management and implementation of all engineering and construction activities required to complete the capital budget. Zamarin new role will involve overseeing the Integrity Management Plan (IMP) and implementation of actions required to comply with Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) Part 192 Regulations.

In other news, W. Colin Harper has been promoted to senior vice president of Business Development and Richard “Dick” Keyser has been promoted to senior vice president, Engineering for NiSource Gas Transmission & Storage, a unit of NiSource, Inc.

RSC Equipment Rental has promoted Linda Luman to vice president, Staffing and Employee Relations.

EV Offshore Ltd. has made two key management appointments, naming Sandy Adamson and Glenn Crouch as international sales managers. Adamson is responsible for managing the division’s facilities in Aberdeen, as well as driving new business development efforts globally, while Crouch is in charge of carrying out business development activities throughout the world on behalf of the company.
