Two Natural Gas Processing Plants Planned In Appalachian Basin

Dominion and Exterran Holdings, Inc. will team to provide increased natural gas processing in the Appalachian Basin.

Two natural gas-processing plants will be designed, built and installed by Exterran. One will be an 8 MMcf/d capacity plant in Carlisle, OH and the other a 10 MMcf/d capacity plant in Schultz, WV. The two plants will be owned and operated by Exterran under a 12-year services agreement with Dominion. Commercial operation of the Carlisle plant is anticipated in January 2011 and the Schultz plant in May 2011.
