Bornemann Pumps Opens Office In Houstons Energy Corridor

Bornemann Pumps, maker of advanced multiphase oil and gas pumps, has opened an office along Houston’s energy corridor.

While traditional oil and gas production involves separating oil and gas mixtures at the source, Bornemann’s multiphase pumps allow for oil and gas to be moved together in one pipeline.

This is possible through twin-screw technology which allows for multiphase pumps to operate through positive displacement instead of centrifugal force. The result is more efficient, environmentally friendly and safer than traditional methods — onshore, offshore and subsea, said Gero von der Wense, Bornemann CEO.
