CPL & Associates, CEESI Join Forces

A merger was formed Jan. 1 between CPL & Associates and the engineering division of CEESI, forming CEESI Measurement Solutions (CMS). CMS will provide on-site/off-site analysis and measurement solutions for lost-and-unaccounted-for fluids.

Paul LaNasa, president and CEO of CPL & Associates, will remain involved with on-site assessments, and team with new CMS employees to meet client needs. Bill Fraiser and Ed Hanks have joined LaNasa to provide additional measurement knowledge and experience. CMS efforts will be managed by Joel Clancy, vice president of CEESI’s natural gas facility in Iowa.
