Sumitomo Investing $2 Billion In Permian Basin

Sumitomo Corporation has signed an agreement with Devon Energy Corp. to participate in Devon’s tight oil development project in the Permian Basin.

Sumitomo plans to invest $2 billion over a three-year period.
