Qatar Plans Support Campus Complex For QP Gas Operations

Leaders of Qatar Petroleum Gas Operations last month hosted a ceremony laying the foundation stone of the New Support Campus Complex of QP Gas Operations at Mesaieed. The center will focus on attracting and developing Qatari trainees.

For the past three decades, QP Gas Operation has managed major assets onshore and offshore, including the North Field Alpha offshore gas production platform complex, the Khuff gas production facilities in Dukhan, the NGL complex gas processing facilities and transmission, and distribution pipeline networks and corridors throughout Qatar. Gas Operations is certified to ISO 9001 for quality management system, ISO 14001 for environment management system and OHSAS 18001 for occupational health and safety system. Within Gas Operations, Qatari employees constitute about 30% of the workforce.
