Mark Finley

Mark Finley has been named fellow in energy and global oil in the Center for Energy Studies at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy, where he will help lead a new initiative focused on understanding the continuing evolution of U.S. and global oil markets. An economist with 35 years in energy, economics and public policy, Finley most recently was senior U.S. economist at BP, where he was responsible for market analysis and led production of the company’s annual Statistical Review of World Energy. P&GJ
