The Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) appointed Lisa Baiton as president & CEO. She replaces Tim McMillan, who left after eight years in the position. Baiton recently led global public affairs at the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. She previously was vice president and practice lead for Government Relations at Environics Communications. She also worked for the Canadian Bankers Association and in three Canadian governments. Baiton holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Saskatchewan and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
