ASTM International’s plastic piping systems committee (F17) presented the Frank W. Reinhart and Henry “Butch” Kuhlman Award to James Goddard of Powell, Ohio.
An ASTM International member since 1980, Goddard was recognized for his contributions in support of sound and effective plastics piping standardization. Goddard previously was recognized with the Paul Finn Memorial Award (2013), Award of Appreciation (2013), 30 Years’ Service Award (2019), and the Award of Merit (2009). He is also a member of the committees on soil and rock, plastics, and geosynthetics.
