H2Tech Solutions Virtual Conference Attracts Thousands
Special to P&GJ
More than 2,000 people worldwide registered to hear more than 40 experts on fuel, chemical, and industrial applications for hydrogen speak at the first H2Tech Solutions, a virtual conference held by Gulf Energy Information’s H2Tech.

“We launched our first ever H2Tech Solutions conference as a virtual event and quickly realized that we were filling a need for strong technical content for the hydrogen industry,” said Catherine Watkins, Gulf Energy Information’s Vice President and Publisher of H2Tech. “We ended up extending the length of the event and adding a third track to the agenda because we received so many great submissions.”
The event spanned over two days and attracted registrants from 82 countries. There were 36 sessions covering topics including blue and green hydrogen production, storage solutions and technology optimization.
“With over 2,000 registrants from across the hydrogen sector, we feel that this was a successful launch for both the conference and H2Tech magazine,” Watkins said. “Our goal is to offer H2Tech and the associated conference as the most respected and recognized media for the global hydrogen sector. To achieve that goal, we ask for your support, editorial contributions, and constructive criticism as, together, we shape H2Tech into the best resource possible for our audience — the engineers and professionals in this fast-growing sector.”
Gulf Energy Information launched H2Tech, a multi-platform media brand focused on the technology, business and market for hydrogen, in January.
The quarterly publication is designed to offer in-depth, front-line examination of issues and opportunities facing the hydrogen industry. Coverage topics include technology advances for hydrogen production and use, blue and green hydrogen projects, hydrogen distribution and fueling infrastructure development, safety and sustainability concerns, market and pricing trends, the future of hydrogen energy and more.
H2Tech Solutions is now available on demand here.
