Sunoco Buys Terminals from Zenith Energy for $110 Million

(P&GJ) — Sunoco LP completed the acquisition of 16 refined product terminals located across the East Coast and Midwest from Zenith Energy for $110 million, the company announced on May 2. The partnership expects the acquisition to be accretive to unitholders in the first year of ownership.
Sunoco’s core operations include the distribution of motor fuel to approximately 10,000 convenience stores, independent dealers, commercial customers, and distributors located in more than 40 U.S. states and territories, as well as refined product transportation and terminal assets.
