Oman LNG Signs 4-Year LNG Supply Deal with Japan's Kansai Electric

(Reuters) — Oman LNG signed a four-year agreement to supply liquefied natural gas to Japan's Kansai Electric Power.

The deal is for 400,000 metric tons per annum of LNG, and will begin in 2026, Oman LNG said in a statement received on Thursday.

Earlier in April, Oman LNG had announced a 10-year deal with Japan's largest power company JERA to supply it with 800,000 metric tons of gas a year, starting in 2025.
