Vaquero Midstream to Build 70-Mile Pipeline, Expand Gas Processing Near Waha Hub

(P&GJ) — Vaquero Midstream announced plans to significantly expand its natural gas gathering and processing infrastructure in the Southern Delaware Basin with a new 70-mile high-pressure pipeline and a 200 MMcf/d cryogenic processing plant.

The Dallas-based company said the 24-inch pipeline will loop its existing gathering system, running from its processing complex near the Waha Hub in Pecos County, Texas, to its existing infrastructure in Loving County. The expansion will increase gathering capacity from 400 MMcf/d to approximately 800 MMcf/d and extend Vaquero’s reach into Ward, Winkler and Loving counties.

Our continued goal is to offer producers a unified gathering platform, supported by downstream market connectivity and reliable power infrastructure.”
