August Personnel Changes

M. Carol Fox has been named president of Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania and Columbia Gas of Maryland.

The companies serve approximately 446,000 natural gas customers in 29 counties throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland. Terry Murphy, who previously served as president of both companies, will help Fox become acclimated to her new position as he transitions into retirement early next year.

Tom Bundros is the new vice president and CFO of Colonial Pipeline, effective July 6, 2009. He will be responsible for leading Colonial’s financial performance and helping ensure the company’s operations are safe, reliable and efficient. He will oversee Colonial’s Treasury, Business Development & Optimization, Information Technology and Shared Services (Accounting) teams.

James W. Sewall Company has named Joseph H. Osborne as utilities solutions manager. At Sewall, he will play a strategic role in expanding the firm’s traditional client base in utilities, including gas and electric distribution/transmission, water/wastewater and telecommunications.

DeeAnn McMillen has joined the T&T Bisso Response Network. Formed in 2005, T&T Bisso is a stand-alone response contractor servicing the maritime, shipping and offshore energy industries. Its world-wide response network includes firefighting systems, inert gas generators, nitrogen generators, ship-to-ship pumping and lightering systems, pulling systems and diving systems.

Kristine Gagliardi and Mark McConnell have joined NiSource Gas Transmission and Storage Company as directors of Marketing and Origination. Also, Beth Medlin has been promoted to director, Marketing and Origination.

Carmen Trujillo joined Citadel Technologies in May 2009 as a project engineer.

Network International Inc. recently announced the following promotions: Cathy Shouse from Client Relations to manager, Customer Service and Lisa Dietz from Quality Control manager to project manager, Asset Management. In other news, Sree Subramanian joined the company as senior developer.

ONEOK, Inc. named Krystal Parker vice president – western region for its Texas Gas Service division, effective immediately. She will be located in El Paso, TX. In this role, Parker will be responsible for operations and maintenance, construction, customer service, marketing and the information center in Texas Gas Service’s western region, which includes El Paso and the Rio Grande Valley. She replaces Richard Fleager who retired from the company.

PG&E Corporation has named Christopher P. Johns, the corporation’s senior vice president and CFO, to lead the company’s utility unit as president of Pacific Gas and Electric Company effective August 1, 2009.

Cameron has named H. Keith Jennings as vice president and treasurer. Jennings holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Quantapoint has appointed Paul Hackleman as director of Business Development for the United States Western Region. He will be based in the company’s Los Angeles office.

InfrastruX Group, Inc. has appointed Lanny H. Michael as CFO. He will be based out of the company’s corporate headquarters in Seattle, WA.
Questar Corp. announced the following appointments: Samuel D. Brothwell as vice president – Investor Relations and Corporate Planning and Martin H. Craven, vice president – Finance and Treasurer.

Paul Bonenfant has joined Holland Engineering, Inc. (HEI) as senior project manager. In his new position, Bonenfant will work to expand the services of the HEI pipeline group.

Michels Corporation has appointed Mark Hutter vice president of Business Development and Marketing. Hutter has been with Michels Corporation since 2007 and has overseen business development efforts for both the industrial pipe services and wind farm divisions. In his new role, he will be responsible for corporate marketing and communications as well as the business development of all 16 divisions and subsidiaries within Michels Corporation. Hutter will also remain active in the wind energy industry.

Larry J. Bump has joined Tulsa, OK-based T.D. Williamson Inc.’s Board of Directors. Bump served as president and COO, then Chairman and CEO of Willbros Group Inc. from 1977 until his retirement in 2002. He continued as chairman of the board until 2005.

During his tenure at Willbros, Bump directed major pipeline projects throughout the world, including North and South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the Soviet Union. He also completed two terms (1984 and 1985) as president of the International Pipe Line and Offshore Contractors Association based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Deep Down Inc. has named Marcelo Lardosa as business development officer. Lardosa will be located in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He will focus on raising Deep Down’s involvement in the support of offshore production and development activities in Brazil.

Dena E. Wiggins, known for her work in natural gas regulatory and energy policy matters, has joined Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP as a partner in its Energy and Project Finance Group. Wiggins also provides litigation advice regarding natural gas storage and contracts, including precedent agreements and rate and tariff advice. She also counsels clients with respect to FERC enforcement and compliance.

Walid Hatoum has been appointed president of PBS&J International Inc. Hatoum has been associated with PBS&J since 1986. He has held positions of increasing responsibility over the past 15 years, including leadership of large-magnitude programs with construction values in excess of $2 billion both in the U.S. and internationally.

Inspection and NDT specialist Applus RTD UK Ltd. has appointed Dave Andrews as its new managing director, heading-up a restructured senior management team geared toward further global growth.

Falcon Gas Storage Company Inc. has named Antoine Lafargue as CFO. Lafargue will play a key role in developing and implementing long-term growth and business expansion plans for Falcon’s NorTex facilities and the MoBay Storage Hub.
