R&M Energy Systems ERT

R&M Energy Systems says its ERT™ technology is available in a 2-7/8-inch power section.

Moyno® Even Rubber Thickness (ERT™) power sections are said to dramatically improve motor ROP by providing over 100% more power and torque than conventional power sections of the same length. High power outputs are achieved by applying an even thickness of rubber to a one-piece stator.

The resulting steel reinforcement of the stator’s lobes improves the quality of the rotor/stator seal during operation, increasing power and torque output, and also compensates for the loss of elastomer strength that occurs at high temperatures and when exposed to chemicals.
