Association News: The board of directors of the Colorado Oil & Gas Association (COGA) selected Tisha Conoly Schuller as its new president. Schuller comes from Tetra Tech, an environmental consulting and engineering firm, where she was a vice president for regional operations.
Personnel Changes: Stephen Johnson was named president/CEO of J. Ray McDermott. He previously served as president/COO of McDermott International, Inc., J. Ray’s parent company and succeeds Robert Deason, who retired.
The board of directors of ONEOK, Inc. elected CEO John W. Gibson to the additional role of president. Terry Spencer, COO of ONEOK Partners, was elected to the board of directors of the general partner.
Cummins Inc. named Rich Freeland as president of its engine business, succeeding Jim Kelly. Anant Talaulicar will succeed Freeland as president of the Components Business while continuing to serve as managing director of Cummins India.
Alliant Energy Corp. announced changes in positions of two key executives. Patricia Kampling was promoted to executive vice president, CFO and treasurer. John Larsen was promoted to senior vice president – Generation.
Wyo-Ben, Inc. announced the retirement of Pat Kelly, who worked as a technical sales engineer for 19 years. Kelly has been one of the chief instructors at the annual Wyo-Ben Mud School.
Holly Energy Partners L.P. promoted David Blair to president.
Mustang appointed Mike Dear as CFO, succeeding Meg Lassarat, who served as CFO since 2002.
The board of directors of Dominion elected two new directors, William Barr and Robert Spilman, Jr.
Scott Handel joined J.F. Kiely Construction Company’s estimating department.
CMC Energy Services named Eileen McGinnis president, succeeding Doris Ikle, founder of CMC, who will become Chief Innovation Officer.
Robert Blair is the new CFO and senior vice president of operations of Reality Mobile of Herndon, VA. Michael Odell was been named vice president of Global Energy Markets and will open the Houston office and lead a team with oil and gas expertise.
Dan-Loc Bolt and Gasket named Phil Miller as senior vice president – Development. He will be responsible for sales and marketing organization, and expansion plans.
John Hughes joined Godwin Pumps’ Environmental Safety & Health (ESH) team as a safety specialist at the Bridgeport, NJ headquarters. He will visit Godwin’s 26 branch locations regularly to help managers and employees address known and potential hazards in the workplace. Godwin Pumps also hired Bill Price as asset, logistic, and transportation manager.
ABS Consulting appointed Jan Behrendt Ibsoe, Ph.D. as vice president, Renewable Energy Services.
National land and energy development consultants Westwood Professional Services, Inc., announced that Paul Greenhagen will be Westwood’s president as Dwight Jelle becomes CEO.
UtiliPoint International, Inc. appointed Jennifer E. Lucero to communications manager where she is responsible for coordination of internal and external communication channels.
Hector Angel joined Reed Manufacturing as international regional manager for South America. Angel is based in Bogota, Colombia.
Jerry Padilla joined Magnum Gas Storage LLC as vice president of Gas Storage Sales.
PECO named Romulo (Romy) L. Diaz, Jr. vice president of External Affairs and Anthony (Tony) Gay, associate general counsel in the Exelon legal department. PECO General Counsel Paul Bonney assumes the additional responsibility as vice president of Regulatory Affairs.
Mark D. Kalman has joined DeepFlex as vice president of Engineering where he is responsible for all aspects of engineering, technology, product development, and intellectual property management.
Houston-based RigNet, Inc. named Kenneth Bryson as manager, Health, Safety and Environment.
