Atlas Names New VP

Atlas Pipeline Partners, LP (APL), announced July 27 that it has appointed Matthew Skelly as vice president of investor relations and capital markets. Brian Begley, who was serving as vice president of investor relations for APL until this point, will focus his responsibilities as VP of investor relations for Atlas Energy, Inc.

Skelly joins APL with over a decade of experience working with market constituents on the buy and sell-side in the capital markets. Most recently, he was at the investment bank of JPMorgan, covering financial institutions with a focus on the bank and thrift sector. Prior to JPMorgan, Skelly was a senior advisor at Taylor Rafferty, focusing on cross-border investor relations consulting and capital markets intelligence to over 70 non-U.S. public companies.

Skelly earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Marketing from the University of South Carolina and his MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, and also holds Series 7 & 63 licenses.
