Philip B. Drake has joined Bonacker Interactive as creative director. Drake brings over 20 years experience to the position, including extensive experience in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.

Anne Psencik has joined Buckeye Partners, L.P. as vice president, Market Development. Infrastructure projects and acquisitions that fit Buckeye’s growth strategy, including commercial development of the proposed Union Pipeline project, will be among her responsibilities.

Stephen D. Westhoven was named senior vice president of New Jersey Resources Energy Services, wholesale energy subsidiary of New Jersey Resources.

Dustin Q. Branscomb, PE, LEED AP, who has worked in GeoEngineers’ Springfield, MO office since 2006, was promoted from staff engineer to project engineer. Branscomb specializes in horizontal directional drilling (HDD) design, HDD construction observation, project management and feasibility studies for various natural gas and product pipeline projects.

Karl W. Newlin has joined Piedmont Natural Gas as senior vice president – Corporate Planning and Business Development.

ACE Winches named Derek Penny as head of group sales and business development.

Joseph P. Shields was named president Of Millennium Pipeline Company, L.L.C. He worked at New Jersey Resources (NJR), where he ran NJR Energy Services’ business unit.

OSD Pipelines’ Project Director Keith Horstmann joined the board of directors as executive director in addition to his role as project director – Western Australia, South America and the Middle East.

Valerus Compression Services recently named Todd Rimmer as CFO and senior vice president with Gary McKinney to serve as chief human resources officer.

Perry L. Elders has been elected CFO of McDermott International Inc.’s subsidiary, J. Ray McDermott, S.A.

Craig Arnold has been named general manager of the Dow Chemical’s Company’s Oil & Gas division that serves the global oil and gas industry from Houston.

Pamela K.M. Beall was appointed vice president of Products Supply and Optimization, and C. Michael Palmer vice president of Crude Supply and Logistics for Marathon Petroleum Company LLC, the company’s wholly owned downstream subsidiary.
