Laney Names Kevin Fox CEO

Laney Directional Drilling Co. announced Oct. 12 the appointment of Kevin R. Fox as CEO. Fox joins Laney after a 19-year career with Willbros Group, Inc. where most recently he was president of the Willbros Construction division of Willbros Group, Inc. and had previously served as president of Willbros Engineering.

“Kevin is an accomplished executive in pipeline construction,” said Marcus Laney, founder of Laney. “He has a unique blend of technical and commercial expertise, and is a natural leader who brings the best out of the teams he has managed. We are thrilled to have Kevin on the Laney team.”

Fox is a registered professional engineer in 23 states and is a certified Project Management Professional. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri. Kevin has been active in several industry organizations including INGAA Foundation, Southern Gas Association, Pipe Liners Club of Tulsa, and Houston Pipeliners Association.
