Chesapeake Awards Contract For Eagle Ford Production Facility
Strategy Engineering & Consulting LLC was awarded a contract by Chesapeake Energy to design a Central Production Facility (CPF) in the Eagle Ford Shale.
Strategy’s scope includes project management, engineering, design, construction management, commissioning and start-up of the San Pedro CPF. The sweet oil production facility is being designed for 30,000 bopd and is expected to start up in the third quarter.
“We are assisting Chesapeake with the full field development of their Faith Ranch acquisition, part of the Eagle Ford Shale in Dimmit, Maverick and Webb counties,” said Kris Stewart, strategy project manager. “The centrally located oil gathering facility will provide Chesapeake with flexibility to produce the field under a variety of operating scenarios while minimizing production downtime.”
