Federal Gas Line Office Launches Web Page On LNG Project

The Federal Coordinator’s Office for Alaska Natural Gas Line projects has posted a new web page on its site to provide an easily accessible collection of public information on the proposed Alaska liquefied natural gas project.

The page includes news about the project, presentations by project sponsors and consultants to the state of Alaska and the Legislature, maps, images, relevant documents and the agency’s own reports on the project, LNG markets and global natural gas news.

The new web page includes a glossary of LNG and natural gas terms and a link to the agency’s searchable digital library of historical documents going back 40 years covering past attempts at a North Slope gas pipeline project. The Alaska LNG page is available from the agency’s home page www.arcticgas.gov or directly at www.arcticgas.gov/alaska-lng-project.
