Koos-Jan van Brouwershaven as chief executive officer, and Wijnand Tutuarima will joined its Board as chief financial officer. Van Brouwershaven comes from sister company Heerema Fabrication Group (HFG), where he was chief executive officer, a position he will retain.

Ralph Wu was named Trelleborg’s offshore operations sales manager for China and will be based at the company’s Qingdao facility. He is a mechanical engineer who has focused in project management.

Crescent Point Energy announced Craig Bryksa took over as interim president and CEO, replacing Scott Saxberg. Bryksa, who will also become a Board director, was vice president of Engineering West with Crescent Point.

Gugel

Honeywell appointed John Gugel as president of Honeywell UOP, a engineering services to the global refining and gas processing industries. Gugel has more than 25 years at Honeywell and will succeed Rebecca Liebert, who had been president since 2016.

E3 Consulting selected its director of operations, Ginger Elbaum, as the company’s new managing director. Elbaum has 18 years’ experience providing engineering, construction and project management services with part of her focus being on  natural gas and transmission infrastructure.

Oil States International’s  Board of Directors elected Darrell E. Hollek as a new member. Hollek, a retired executive vice president of Operations of Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, will serve as a Class III Director with his initial term expiring in May 2019.

Hemmings

David Hemmings has taken the position of vice president of Business at Neptune Energy Group. He joined the company from Rothschild & Co., where he was managing director of the Energy and Power team, with a focus on the oil and gas sector.

In one of a series of executive changes, EnLink promoted Benjamin D. Lamb to executive vice president and chief operating officer. He joined the company when it was Crosstex Energy in 2012. Also, Alaina K. Brooks became executive vice president, chief legal and administrative officer, and secretary. She started with Crosstex in 2008. In a change of title, Eric D. Batchelder, executive vice president and chief financial officer, will add corporate development to his CFO responsibilities. He joined EnLink in January 2018 from RBC Capital Markets.

Danfoss appointed Justin Thomas as business development manager of its Marine, Oil & Gas business for the company’s Power Solutions segment. Thomas will focus on developing new business relations for long-term sales and partnerships while expanding the company’s market share in onshore and offshore applications.

Malcolm Farrant, vice president of Human Resources, decided to retire after 35 years of service at Exxon. The Board of Directors selected Tracey Gunnlaugsson, president of SeaRiver Maritime, as vice president of human resources.

Michael J. Dolan, senior vice president of Exxon Mobil Corporation, is retiring after 38 years of service. Dolan was elected to the position and as a member of the corporation’s Management Committee in 2008. He held a variety of technical and managerial positions in the company’s global petroleum refining and petrochemical businesses throughout his career.

Reynolds

Deloitte appointed oil and gas expert Shaun Reynolds as a partner. Reynolds has led the transaction services team for the company’s Aberdeen office since setting it up in 2009, specializing in advising clients on the U.K.’s oil and gas industry, including the midstream and oilfield services sectors. He joined Deloitte in 2009.

Conway Mackenzie, a consulting and financial advisory firm, hired Taylor W. Bradshaw as a director for its Houston-based energy advisory services team. Bradshaw has a background in mergers and acquisitions in industries, including oil and gas.

Energy consulting and risk management firm EMEX hired Kris Hertel as its chief sales officer. Hertel brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience to EMEX, including 19 years in retail energy.

The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) elected Philip Kelliher, vice president, Americas & Europe Distribution Services Division of Caterpillar, to the AEM Board of Directors and Anthony Fassino, vice president, Building Construction Products Division of Caterpillar, to the CE Sector Board, filling unexpired terms.

Lazenby

C-Innovation, an affiliate of Edison Chouest Offshore, appointed Shaun Lazenby as commercial manager. Based in Houston, his responsibilities will include preparing proposals and tenders, monitoring bid performances, identifying future opportunities, managing project documents and sales. He previously worked for Subsea 7 and GE European Energy.

Integrity services company NDT Global appointed Richard Matthews as the President of NDT Global. Matthews has more than 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, most recently serving as operations director for PIMS of London.

Abraxas hired Steven P. Harris as director of Finance and Capital Markets. He  brings over 20 years of financial and leadership experience to the company, most recently working at Sundance Energy, where he assisted in Business Development and Investor Relations efforts. Harris has also headed the U.S. Energy Investment Banking Division of Canaccord Genuity.

 Brent Collver joined the Mississauga, Ontario-based natural gas meter company Romet Limited as chief executive officer. He has more than two decades of engineering, operations, consulting and executive experience, most recently serving as president of privately held Comtek Advanced Structures in Burlington, Ontario.

 

Mutch

Precision Pumping & Metering (PPM) appointed Paul Mutch as Business Development manager. He previously worked in operational and business development roles within the oil and gas sector and also has over 10 years’ experience in driving new business growth in the U.K. and globally.

Hunter Oil appointed Al H. Denson  as its CEO, replacing Andrew Hromyk, who assumes the new role of executive chairman. Denson has over 40 years of exploration and production experience, beginning his career in 1976 with Amoco Corporation (now BP).

Amplify Energy announced the hiring of Polly Schott as chief administrative officer and Tony Lopez as vice president, Corporate Engineering. Schott brings 23 years of experience in the upstream industry and commercial banking, while Lopez has 13 years of corporate reserve reporting experience. 

Energy consulting firm EMEX added Kurt Keller as chief financial officer. He has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience with a focus in the energy industry and will oversee the accounting, treasury, and risk-management functions.
