Pipeline Research Council International (PRCI) appointed Gary Hines as vice president of Operations. He will be responsible for enhancing research execution, delivery and knowledge transfer. Hines brings more than 23 years of experience in both the energy association and natural gas pipeline industries to the organization, including the last seven years as a vice president at Southern Gas Association (SGA). Prior to SGA, Gary spent nine years with Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline and eight years with Williams.
