Noble Midstream/Salt Creek Midstream

Noble Midstream Partners and Salt Creek Midstream closed the previously announced 50/50 joint venture. Delaware Crossing LLC will provide crude oil gathering and transportation services and include a 95-mile pipeline in the southern Delaware Basin originating in Pecos County, Texas, with additional connections in Reeves and Winkler counties in Texas.
