Rhino

Rhino introduced heat-resistant Rhino 406 epoxy for the interior of tanks and pipe-lining applications. The spray-in-place lining is used exclusively with plural component spray equipment and can be used in extreme temperatures.  

Applications are tack free within two to three hours and may be immediately recoated with additional coats of up to 50 mils to repair cracks or fill defects. Pipes lined with the Rhino 406 can return to service within 24 hours and will cure underwater.

Separately, Rhino 1500 is a clear epoxy primer that can be applied over concrete and many other substrates by brush, roller or spray equipment. Rhino 1500 dries in 60 to 90 minutes and is typically applied as a primer or as a stand-alone sealer.
