Williams announced that its board of directors has appointed Carri Lockhart as an independent director on the board, filling a vacancy created by the resignation of Nancy Buese, who was named chief financial officer at Baker Hughes. Lockhart most recently served as chief technology officer and executive vice president of Technology, Digital and Innovation at Equinor in Oslo, Norway, before retiring in 2022. Prior to that role, she was responsible for strategic planning for Equinor’s Gulf of Mexico offshore and international production and partner operations. Before joining Equinor, Lockhart was with Marathon Oil Company, where she oversaw resource development and operations in the Eagle Ford, Bakken and United Kingdom. A petroleum engineering graduate of Montana Tech, Lockhart also serves as a member of the boards of Ascent Resources and Dril-Quip.
Ancala Midstream Acquisitions Limited, an independent operator of midstream infrastructure, has named Alexis Fletcher as CEO. He replaces Jim Halliday, who led Ancala since the 2017 acquisition of the SAGE Terminal, SAGE pipeline and Beryl pipeline. Fletcher joins Ancala after more than 20 years at Shell International, where his responsibilities spanned technical, commercial and governance roles, with a particular focus on LNG. He served in 2019 as managing director of Dragon LNG, one of the UK’s three LNG import terminals, after leading the Brunei LNG asset management team as a non-executive director and shareholder representative of production and shipping assets. In previous roles in Italy, The Netherlands, Singapore and the Russian Federation, he held responsibilities for internal audit, commercial development, project management and downstream distribution.
Maintenance, inspection and integrity solutions provider ICR Integrity announced that Ross McHardy has been appointed as group director for the company. In his new role, McHardy will work with key partners globally and focus on supporting the global growth and diversification of ICR’s repair and maintenance business. He brings experience in senior roles at oil and gas operators TAQA, EnQuest and EnerMech, where he headed up the Europe and Africa businesses.
Crowley has appointed Clay Heil as vice president of Global Government Relations based in Washington, where he will lead the company’s full spectrum of government advocacy across all the company’s business interests and activities. Heil joins Crowley with more than 25 years of legislative and legal experience. In Congress, he worked in the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate for 12 years, holding senior roles including deputy staff director and general counsel for the Senate Appropriations Committee. Most recently, Heil was a partner in Taft’s Public Affairs Strategies Group, where he represented Fortune 500 companies in the defense, cybersecurity and technology sectors. During his time in Congress, Heil also served as legislative director for Sen. Thad Cochran (R-Miss.) and worked for Rep. Wayne Allard (R-Colo.), Sen. Ted Stevens (R-Ark.) and Sen. Judd Gregg (R-N.H.). Heil holds a juris doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center and a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
GTI International’s Projeo Corporation subsidiary has named Scott Reeves as director of Corporate Development. In his new role, Scott will be responsible for long-term business strategy, market analysis and growth initiatives. Prior to joining Projeo, Reeves served as executive director of Sub-Surface Technology for GTI Energy. He previously held leadership roles at Devon Energy, Baker Hughes, BG Group (now Shell), and Advanced Resources International. Projeo offers project management, field supervision, and sub-surface technical services for public and private clients engaged in CO2 storage, geothermal, hydrogen, oil/gas, and critical mineral projects.
Subsea technologies and engineering firm Unique Group has appointed Chris Blake and Craig Walker to key positions in the organization. Blake joins as vice president – Survey, utilizing his 30 years of experience in the offshore industry throughout Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Americas with organizations such as Fugro and N-Sea. Walker was named global asset manager and brings17 years of project management, leadership, and global resource management experience to the firm. Most recently at Claxton Engineering, he will work to strengthen Unique Group’s customer service, innovation, and sustainable practices.
