Dominion Midstream to Acquire Questar Pipeline

Dominion Midstream Partners will acquire Questar Pipeline from Dominion Resources for consideration of abou t$1.725 billion, including indebtedness of Questar Pipeline as part of the transaction value.
Questar Pipeline owns and operates FERC-regulated natural gas transmission and storage assets in Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. The deal is expected to become effective Dec. 1, with both companies having already approved the transaction.
