Belarus Upset Over Transneft Compensation Cap, Calls Decision 'One-Sided'

MINSK, July 24 (Reuters) - Belarusian state oil firm Belneftekhim said on Wednesday it considered a decision by Russian oil pipeline monopoly Transneft on compensation for dirty oil to be “one-sided”.
Earlier on Wednesday, Transneft set a cap of $15 per barrel for compensation stemming from contamination in its network.
Due to the contamination, Belarusian pipeline operator Gomeltransneft Druzhba said it doubts its oil flow plan will be fulfilled this year
