Miami LNG Rebrands as Sawgrass LNG & Power, Expands Clean Energy Services
(P&GJ) — Liquefied natural gas provider Miami LNG has rebranded as Sawgrass LNG & Power, a move that signals the company’s broader push into integrated power and clean energy solutions across the Southeastern U.S. and the Caribbean.
The name change highlights the company’s continued focus on LNG supply, logistics, and full-service gas-to-power solutions for commercial and industrial customers, utilities, and off-grid operations. The company operates a Miami-based liquefaction plant with capacity exceeding 100,000 gallons of LNG per day and onsite storage of 270,000 gallons.
Sawgrass LNG & Power also serves customers in marine bunkering and aerospace, as part of its efforts to support energy transition and improve operational efficiency in key industries.
"This rebranding represents a new chapter for our company," said Daniel McLaughlin, President and Chief Commercial Officer. "The new identity reflects both our Florida roots and our mission to deliver cost-effective and sustainable energy solutions to customers throughout the region. While our name has changed, our utmost dedication to reliability, innovation, and customer service remains the same."
In addition to LNG supply, the company offers power generation equipment for backup and off-grid use, including capital investment and EPC management, helping customers shift from diesel and heavy fuel oil to lower-emission LNG.
