If the environmental permit is approved, the company will be able to apply to the European Commission (EU) for a final decision on financial support to the project.
The Brody-Plock oil pipeline construction is considered a priority in the EU’s Infrastructure and Environment program. This program reserves funds amounting to $177 million for implementation of the project.
