Kelly Robbins

The American Petroleum Institute (API) named Kelly Robbins as executive director for the Arkansas Petroleum Council. Robbins replaces Tom Parker, who retired Dec. 31. Robbins previously served as executive vice president for the Arkansas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, based in Little Rock.
