Jeremy Goebel, Chris R. Chandler
Plains All American (PAA) promoted Jeremy Goebel to the new role of senior group vice president in a succession-planning move. Goebel, who previously led PAA’s Strategic Planning and Acquisitions, will report to President and Chief Commercial Officer Harry Pefanis and assume increasing responsibilities for the partnership’s commercial activities. Goebel joined PAA in 2013 after working in the corporate finance advisory practice at Simmons and Company and in downstream operations at Chevron. Chris R. Chandler replaces Goebel as senior vice president, Strategic Planning and Acquisitions, following more than 20 years at Phillips 66, most recently as general manager of Corporate Strategy.
