Crowell & Moring LLP has added Charles E. Schwenck to its Orange County office as a senior counsel in the firm’s Energy Group. Schwenck comes to the firm from Gordon & Rees, and has more than 40 years of experience handling transactions in the energy, natural resources, and construction industries.
