Texas Pipeline Association Elects Vincent DiCosimo as Chairman
(P&GJ) — Vincent DiCosimo has been elected chairman of the Texas Pipeline Association (TPA), the organization announced on Jan. 9. TPA is the largest state trade association in the country that solely represents the interests of the intrastate pipeline network.
"A very big welcome to Vincent DiCosimo as our new chairman,” said TPA President Thure Cannon. “For many years, he has served on the TPA Board, most recently as vice chairman. His vision and sage counsel have been invaluable to the Texas Pipeline Association."
DiCosimo previously served a variety of executive roles at Targa Resources, Coast Energy LLC, PipeStem Energy Group, Enterprise Products Partners, RedMeteor LLC and Cornerstone Propane. DiCosimo currently serves as a director of International Liquids Terminal Association, vice chairman of the Greater Houston Port Bureau, American Oil Pipeline Association Pipeline Leadership Committee, a director of the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association, Texas Oil and Gas board and Targa’s state and federal PACs.
He graduated with honors from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration and attended the University of Houston for post graduate studies.
“I am honored to continue to serve this great association,” DiCosimo said. “Especially as we work together with all the state’s stakeholders to ensure we can continue delivering the essential hydrocarbon energy for Texas to grow and thrive and provide regional and national security.”
