Kinder Morgan closed on its $310 million acquisition of Kinetrex Energy, which includes two small-scale, domestic LNG production and fueling facilities, a 50% interest in a landfill-based renewable natural gas (RNG) facility in Indiana and signed commercial agreements for three additional RNG facilities with construction scheduled to begin shortly. Kinetrex is the leading supplier of liquefied natural gas in the Midwest and a rapidly growing player in producing and supplying RNG under long-term contracts to transportation service providers. The company will continue operations as Kinetrex Energy, a Kinder Morgan company.  

Stress Engineering Services has opened two new locations in California and New Jersey to improve and expand its consulting engineering and solutions services to clients on both U.S. coasts. Ehsan Rajabi and Ken Cramer will manage the new California office, located in Orange County, just south of Los Angeles. The company’s logistics services business, Advanced Logistics Optimization Engineering Group has moved into its first office space in Columbus, New Jersey. Initially, four staff members will manage the office, led by Chad Whyte.
