Sensia, an automation specialist in oil & gas production, transportation, and processing, has acquired metering supervisory systems and measurement experts Swinton Technology. The addition of Swinton’s products and services into the Sensia portfolio deepens its metering and measurement domain expertise to support customers’ digital transformations, the company said. Swinton Technology will be known as Swinton Technology, a Sensia company. 

Artera Services, a provider of integrated infrastructure services to the natural gas industry, said it will merge Otis Eastern Service, and Minnesota Limited, to form Otis Minnesota Services, LLC. The company will be based in Wellsville, New York, and will operate in three segments: Integrity & Maintenance, Pipeline Construction, and Station & Facility Construction. After the merger, Otis Minnesota will have 900 employees serving customers in 17 states from New Jersey to North Dakota.
