G2 Integrated Solutions Names Senior VP of Sales & Marketing

Dan Tipton has joined G2 Integrated Solutions (“G2-IS”) as its Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing. In this role, Tipton will be responsible for all corporate sales and marketing related functions, and will play a key role in driving national sales strategies to generate demand for, and achieve revenue objectives across all G2-IS asset integrity management and technology product lines.
Tipton has over 30 years of experience in multiple energy industry verticals, and is an experienced sales and business development executive with proven leadership, planning, management, negotiation and goal attainment skills. He has created and managed top tier, high performing sales and marketing business units within the oil and gas pipeline, enterprise software, utility, power generation and industrial product sectors.
Prior to joining G2-IS, Tipton served as Vice President of Business Development, Utilities & Industrial for Percheron Holdings, where he led North America business development for the company’s integrated land services divisions to a major U.S. utility and industrial customer base for oil and gas pipeline and electric transmission projects. He also served as Vice President of Global Sales for T.G. Mercer Consulting Services, where he led global sales efforts for T.G. Mercer’s enterprise-level energy asset integrity management products and services. Tipton also developed sales strategies and initiatives to the upstream/midstream and major oil and gas pipeline sectors, as well as major gas utilities nationally, leading to the sale of industry integrity management products and services.
