The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has authorized Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company (Transco), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Williams Partners, to commence operations at modified compressor stations in Maryland, North Carolina and Virginia associated with the $2.1 billion Atlantic Sunrise pipeline project, adding 150,000 Dth/d of incremental capacity and enabling bi-directional flow on Transco's existing system.
