Gearing Solutions
Gearing Solutions offers roller gear technology featuring Nu Lobe gears for more torque and power in less space.
The compact designs allow the use of aluminum housings that yield weight savings of up to 50% over traditional cast-iron housings. Standard GHP planetary gearheads fit standard NEMA motor frames from ¼ hp to 30 hp with IEC adaptors and custom gearing also available. Ratios up to 1000:1 or more are available.
With nearly unlimited configurations available, and thousands of successful installations worldwide, the technology is proven in diverse installations including automated window openers, crane, conveyor and material handling systems, pulleys and pumps.
