DEKOTEC GmbH announced that Luc Perrad has been promoted to director of International Sales, replacing Michael Schad, who retired after 36 years with the company. Perrad has more than 20 years of global technical sales experience and extensive consulting expertise in corrosion protection for pipelines. Perrad has been working for DEKOTEC GmbH as an area sales manager since 2019 and previously held management positions on various projects, including Berry Global Pipeline projects in France, Africa and the northern regions of the Middle East. A Belgian citizen, he speaks French and English and is NACE Coating Inspector Level 2 certified. In his new role, he will focus on positive growth for the business and opening new markets.

PG&E Corporation announced that its subsidiary Pacific Gas and Electric Company has appointed Adam Wright as executive vice president of Operations and chief operating officer and Julius Cox as executive vice president of People and Shared Services. Wright joins PG&E after serving three years as president and CEO of MidAmerican Energy (a Berkshire Hathaway Energy company). At PG&E, he will be responsible for all of the utility’s operations, including gas, electric and generation. Cox joins PG&E with more than 20 years of energy industry experience, most recently serving as chief human resources officer at American Electric Power. Cox will be responsible for PG&E’s Human Resources, Shared Services and Supply Chain.

McElroy announced that Vikrant B. Sanglikar has joined the company as the new country head for its India office, replacing Bharath Rao, who served as regional director for McElroy India for more than six years. In his new role, Sanglikar will oversee market development and business operations in India and surrounding countries, including Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. With 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, manufacturing and business development, Sanglikar’s career has spanned multiple industrial segments, including chemical process pump manufacturing, oil and gas, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and agrochemical markets.

TechnipFMC announced that Alf Melin has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer, replacing Maryann Mannen. Melin has been with TechnipFMC since 1995 and held leadership positions in finance, treasury and operations. Most recently, he was senior vice president, Finance Operations, where he was responsible for the company’s global finance activities across all segments. Additionally, he has direct oversight of finance operations for the Subsea segment. Previously, he held various operational roles, including senior vice president, Surface Americas, and general manager, Fluid Control.

R&M Engineering has appointed Colin Maver as managing director of the engineering, fabrication and offshore construction firm. Before joining R&M, Maver was group director of Dron & Dickson for 16 years, gaining extensive market experience in UK, Brazil and UAE. He replaces Alan McLean, who will serve as commercial director after guiding R&M through substantial growth during his 32 years with the company.

BOND Civil & Utility Construction has promoted Kane Cuddy to president, replacing Tony Bond, who served as president of BOND C&U since 2018 and recently became CEO and president of the BOND family of companies. Cuddy has been with BOND for more than 15 years, with previous roles including chief operations officer, vice president of Operations, vice president of Civil Infrastructure, director of Operations and project manager.

California-based environmental engineering and construction firm Brown and Caldwell announced that Marc Damikolas has been promoted to chief operating officer from director of Operations. A 20-year veteran of Brown and Caldwell, Damikolas will oversee ongoing operations and procedures while implementing business strategies for the 1,700 employee-owned firm.

Compact equipment manufacturer Takeuchi-US has promoted Shay Klusmeyer to divisional manager. Formerly Takeuchi’s Central Midwest regional manager, Klusmeyer will now lead Takeuchi’s regional business managers and regional product managers as they support dealers and customers in the company’s West, Southwest, Central Midwest and Midwest regions. Based in Perry, Okla., Klusmeyer joined Takeuchi in 2019 after serving as a regional business manager for Mahindra Americas. 

UGI has promoted Brendan M. Heck to the newly created position of vice president, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). The creation of his officer-level position, supported by a dedicated team, is part of UGI’s efforts to drive sustainability across the company and enhance the quality of its disclosure and reporting. Heck joined UGI in 2014 and most recently served as director, Investor Relations. He previously held positions in finance and treasury, business development, and strategic pricing. 

AVANGRID named Frank Reynolds as president of UIL Holdings Corp, overseeing United Illuminating Company, Southern Connecticut Gas Company and Berkshire Gas Company in Massachusetts. He succeeds and reports to Anthony Marone, who was promoted to president and CEO of Avangrid Networks in 2019. AVANGRID also announced that Puneet Verma has joined the company as vice president, Federal Government Affairs, and will lead its federal advocacy efforts. 

NW Natural has promoted Ryan Bracken to director of Strategic Planning and Mary Moerlins to director of Environmental Policy & Corporate responsibility.  Bracken will help lead the company’s low-carbon pathway and decarbonization strategy while continuing to serve as its chief economist.
