Nuevo Midstream Dos

Nuevo Midstream Dos entered into a definitive agreement with an affiliate of ArcLight Capital Partners to buy Republic Midstream, which owns and operates a crude oil gathering, storage and intermediate transportation system in the Eagle Ford Shale. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter. P&GJ
